Article Submissions

The purpose of Article Weekly is to present your articles to as wide of an audience as possible.  You or your representatives are invited to submit your work for consideration and possible posting on this site.  Before submitting your articles, please read and following these guidelines:

General Guidelines: An ideal length is 500 to 1,200 words.  Include your name as you wish it to be displayed.  Promotion of yourself, company, products, or services in the article is prohibited.  Please do not send blog posts.

Bio: Include a short bio of yourself, along with contact information, at the end of the article.  You may promote yourself, books, products, or services in this section.

Formatting: Please format your article consistent with other articles on this site.

Submission: All articles must be submitted via email, attached as a Microsoft Word document.  Email all submissions to submit@articleweekly.com.  Including the article in the text of the email is acceptable, as long as it is clearly delineated.

Search Engine Optimization: Please include a short description of your article and your recommendations for "keywords."  This will aid search engines in finding your article.

Author Page / Your Second Submission: Once your submission has been posted, we invite you to submit additional articles.  When you send us your second article, we will add an "author page" for you, which will list all of your articles that are posted on Article Weekly.  If you are interested in this, please make a note of it with your second submission.  We can also add your photo and include a longer bio on your author page.

Compensation: Sorry, we are not able to compensate writers.

Editorial Policy: Authors who submit articles to Article Weekly and its owner, Peter DeHaan Publishing Inc, agree to the following:

• Edits will be made at the discretion of Article Weekly regarding length, style, grammar, organization, syntax, and clarity.

• Article publication and placement are at the sole discretion of Article Weekly. Not all submissions will be used.

• By submitting your article, you grant Peter DeHaan Publishing Inc. full, yet non-exclusive, rights to publish your submission in any printed and/or electronic form both now and in the future.  All articles submitted to this site are available to interested publishers and web masters to use on a non-exclusive basis.  This is done to extend the reach of your work to an even greater audience.  If you do not agree to this condition, do not submit your work.

• Acceptance of these terms is a precondition of publication on Article Weekly.

Binding Agreement: By submitting your wrok, you agree to the information provided herein and the polices and procedures of Article Weekly and Peter DeHaan Publishing, Inc, including the non-exclusive use statement.  You also agree that your submission is your own original work and that it is free from any usage limitations, restrictions, or third party copyrights.
