Leadership Fitness is an integrated model of leadership development. I created this model based on my 20+ years of personal leadership experience and over 10 years of professionally coaching and training high-potential leaders.
After spending many years working with promising leaders, a colleague suggested that I document my philosophy on developing leadership talent. This was an excellent suggestion because it forced me to really think about what I was doing in my practice to create sustainable success for the individuals and the organizations I had the privilege to serve.
As I embarked on this process of defining a unique approach to developing leaders, something incredible happened a handful of very specific leadership foundations surfaced. I identified four crucial components of leadership success that create long-term impact for leaders and their organizations: clarity, confidence, effectiveness, and vitality.
